Tastes and preferences are very personal things. With coffee this is no exception. Our skill and passion allow us to create delicious coffees consistently. Our other area of expertise is in listening to our customers and creating a product based on their feedback, needs and inputs. Whether you require more sweetness, more acidity or any number of other, different, attributes to be added to your blend, we have the facility to accommodate this.

We offer varying degrees of barista training at our well-equipped training facility. We are a recognised and certified City & Guilds training centre, offering Level 2 Barista Skills. This course will teach the student how to make various beverages to a high standard, as well as teaching basic customer interaction skills and services.

We know our coffee, drawing on a vast pool of technical experience all the way through the production process. Any enquiries about brewing and preparing coffee are welcome.
