Warehouse Supervisor Vacancy

We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Supervisor to pro-actively manage our two-shift warehouse operation. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, this is a key role within the Company which will require you to work closely with the wider operations team. Your main duties will include:

  • Ensuring timely & accurate despatch of goods to both factories and customers
  • Managing receipt inbound goods from suppliers
  • Co-ordinating loading times & stock details with hauliers
  • Ensuring stock accuracy on existing system
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

We are looking for someone who wants a new challenge and has the ability to grow and develop within Lincoln & York.  You will have some previous experience working in a warehouse role, however what is equally important is your drive and enthusiasm to achieve success. 

You will:

  • Be able to demonstrate improving ways of working within a warehouse environment
  • Have experience of operating across multiple warehouse locations
  • Have experience of using ERP systems (experience of implementation would be advantageous)
  • Have a valid FLT/reach truck licence

Working hours will normally be 0800 to 1600 but flexibility will be required to cover the role, including some weekend and out of hours working.
