We were tasked to take over the coffee contract and revitalise the brand’s coffee offering, working closely with the internal category team to put coffee in the spotlight and enhance sales.
Worked with the Head of Coffee to create a 100% Arabica product and manage the change from old supplier to new.
In close partnership, we worked with the customer to tell the story of coffee internally and externally resulting in a high increase in coffee sales.
