The Perfect Partnership
We were approached by a family-owned motorway service group to help grow their coffee sales. With a core vision and focus to sell quality local food, their coffee was an area that was underperforming and in need for improvement. Sharing their ethos of innovation and a desire to do things properly meant for a great coffee partnership.
Creating an entirely bespoke blend from scratch, we were able to enhance their coffee credentials, which saw immediate commendation through social media channels, self-promoting the change of blend.
To accompany the launch of the new coffee, a tailor-made training program was designed to ensure consistency in every cup across multiple sites. Creating a bronze, silver and gold approach, each coffee champion worked their way up the levels starting with an introduction on site to a more in-depth workshop based at the roastery.
For this customer, it was important that we worked closely with their coffee machine supplier to ensure that technical and taste was aligned.
